- Automatic deletion: All personally identifiable data (surname, first name, email address, telephone number) is automatically deleted from our site AND from the Google calendar within a maximum of 3 months after the date of the race.
- No archiving of personal data: We do not keep any copies, archives or back-ups of your personally identifiable data beyond this period.
- Complete destruction: This personal data is permanently destroyed, with no possibility of recovery.
Anonymised journey data
- Anonymised archiving: only anonymised journey data is kept for archiving, management and statistical purposes.
- Archived data: pick-up and destination addresses, date and time of journey, number of passengers, additional information about the journey, etc.
- Data deleted during archiving: surname, first name, email address, telephone number
- Archiving period: 10 years
- Archiving purposes: business management, statistics, compliance with any legal obligations.

When data is archived, it is completely anonymised:
- Definitive deletion of all elements enabling customers to be identified
- Retention only of data strictly necessary for archiving purposes
- Implementation of technical measures to prevent re-identification
